Pull the handle and proceed immediately over the blue blocks which appear. an Etched Tablet with inscription: "Stay your course.Open the cage by using the two halves of the Amethyst Claw on the handles. This leads to the original chamber with the cage. Follow this to the end and activate the chain. One of the Draugr coffins leads to a passage. Tharston mentions that he thinks that there is a Dragon priest's sarcophugus nearby. Also in this room are five Draugrs, one of which is a Deathlord with the other half of the Amethyst Claw. The gates lead to a room with another word wall, this with the second part of the shout Battle fury: Valor. After having walked over the blocks to the far side of the room, standing on each block only once, the gates will open. Between the entrance and the spikes are nine square blocks, each with a trap. On the far side of the chamber are closed spike gates. In the chamber is an an etched tablet with the following inscription: "Continue along the path, don't tread where you've been". Along the way are some burial urns and a chest ( adept level). There is an opening through a Draugr coffin at the left of the room, through which leads to a tunnel back to the pedestal in the main chamber. The colours indicate whether it has been correctly done or not. The pillar will turn the same colour as on the side of the central pillar where the weapon was. Use each pedestal's weapon against the pillar oppposite the pedestal. The central pillar has three pedestals round it, each with a weapon on or before it. On the other side of the grid is a cage, with two handles (left and right) which need to be activated in order to open it. Also on the pedestal is a handle, which opens a grid over flames in the middle of the chamber. On top of the pedestal is an etched tablet, which cannot be read until Tharston says what it means.
